**Return & Exchange Policy**

📌 Please check your product carefully in front of the delivery person upon receiving your order.

**For Size or Product Issues:**

* If you receive the wrong size, wrong product, or a damaged item, you must inform the delivery person immediately and return the product at the time of delivery.
* The delivery charge for the return must be paid by the customer.
* Once we receive the returned item, we will arrange a replacement and send the correct product as soon as possible.

**Important Conditions:**

* Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
* Color variations may occur slightly due to lighting and screen settings; such differences will not be considered a defect.
* Sale, clearance, and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
* No exchange or return request will be accepted after the delivery person has left.

⚠️ **Please note:** To ensure a smooth shopping experience, all exchange requests must be made at the time of delivery. Requests made later cannot be processed.
